Angelica Mahabir

Angelica is a legal assistant who began her career with Mazin & Associates PC, Personal Injury Lawyers in 2018. Angelica graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies and Diploma in Community and Justice Services in 2016. The education from Guelph-Humber has instilled her with knowledge in Provincial/Federal Legislation, Law, Canadian Social Problems, and Conflict Resolution.

Working at Mazin & Associates PC has enabled Angelica to become more experienced in the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule. Angelica works together with the team of lawyers on daily tasks and managing files through the accident benefits process. Her many tasks include: completing various OCF forms to provide to insurance companies; requesting various forms of personal and confidential client information from medical facilities, government agencies and employers; serving productions to AB defense counsel pursuant to the dispute resolution practice code; update and maintain production charts for various records sent to the defense counsel.

In her spare time, Angelica enjoys reading, trying new cuisine, sightseeing and travelling the world.
